This system is our company's standard ANPA-64 water immersion testing system. It mainly uses a robotic arm to replace the traditional gantry scanner. The system is highly integrated with a single robot, an ultrasonic phased array main unit, a water tank, and motion control and analysis software, and performs inspections using the water immersion pulse-echo method.

Suitable for precision non-destructive testing of metallic and non-metallic materials, capable of identifying various defect types such as porosity, inclusions, cracks, poor welds, delamination, and debonding. It supports complex workpieces including flat surfaces, curved surfaces, and rotating bodies.
